FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

 

Q. HOW CAN I PLUG IN THE ARTWORK?

A. beyond neon signs come with an adapter & a two/three pin plug. We provide mounting screws with our artwork to be hung on the wall.The artwork to adapter wire is almost transparent with an orange lining inside. 

 

Q. CAN I USE BEYOND NEON SIGNS OUTDOORS ?

A. No, We do not recommend beyond neon signs for outdoors yet, or even any place indoors thats prone to water or rainfall. We also do not recommend beyond neon sign to be used in direct sunlight.

 

Q. IS THERE ANY WARRANTY ON THE ARTWORKS?

 A. beyond neon provides on ground assistance in case of any issues within 15 days of receiving the product. We provide a 1 year warranty on our artworks.

Incase of load shedding / water prone areas, beyond neon is not responsible for any damages that happens to the artwork or its components. The Warranty is void if you place the neon sign outdoor in rains or direct sunlight. 

If, for any reason, the adapter doesn't work at your premises, we will send out a new one once the earlier one is received by us. This is to be notified to us within 7 days of the purchase of the production. 

If the Goods arrive to the Buyer in a damaged state, the Buyer is required to notify the delivery agent and us within 24 hours in writing inclusive of photography or a video evidence of the damage to the Goods and associated packaging to verify. Failure to comply with this request and timeframe will void the Seller obligations.

If any customer / local electrician opens up the neon sign without our supervision, the warranty is void in this case. 

 

Q. IS THERE ANY CASH ON DELIVERY OPTION?

 A. No, We take only 100% prepaid orders as all our artworks are manufactured as per Individual needs, after the order is placed by the customer online.

 

Q. CAN I CHANGE MY ARTWORK DESIGN ONCE THE ORDER IS PLACED?

A. For Custom design, Once the font / design is selected by the customer, We make the artwork pdf with selected colour & measurements and share the file with the customer on Whatsapp / Instagram . Once approval is given, only then we take it into production. 

After the pdf file is shared by us, if then, the customer wants to change the font / design, We charge Rs 300/- extra per font or design. 

 

Q. WHAT IS YOUR RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY?

A. We DON'T DO refunds/ exchanges/ Refunds once purchased as all our artworks are custom made as per individual requirements.

 

Q. CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER AFTER ITS PLACED?

A. Cancellation can be only done within 12 hours of placing an order only via email at support@beyondneon.co.in

Incase the artwork in pdf is prepared, we charge Rs 1000/- for the same.

After 12 hours if the customer wants to cancel, 40% of the order amount will be retained by us & rest 60% will be refunded. If the order is taken into production then cancellation isn't possible. 

 

Q. WHAT HAPPENS IF THE SHIPPING COMPANY DELAYS MY ORDER?

A. Although we try our best to make the parcel reach the customer in time, however at times, delivery partners (third party service) delay the parcel due to some unforeseen circumstances.

In this case, we request the customer to wait until the parcel reaches. We don't do any form of refund or return in this case as every artwork is custom made as per individual requirements. 

 

Q. DO YOU PROVIDE AFTER SALES SERVICE?

A. Yes, we do provide after sales service for all artwork within 1 year of purchase. For all after sales service queries, kindly email us at support@beyondneon.co.in
